Lying Quietly like a line

Sometimes,
Living in the present,
Contradictions and imbalances
Feel as pervasive as the air we breathe.

Long-legged trees in the forest
Stretch toward the sky,
Seemingly transporting me
To a newfound language of freedom
Where life breathes freely.

Amid the uncertainty and tension of my life,
Tiny windflowers glow brightly in the dark.

I planted windflowers that love the direction of the winds.
This project is less about deep reflection
and more about providing a bench for everyone to sit or lie down and rest.
Through the sky, wind, sunlight, and shade provided by the forest,
it’s a time to face oneself,
a time to soothe oneself in the forest,
realizing how precious and dignified one’s existence truly is.
